Meeting & Health Practices

This is a hybrid practice. In-person meetings have resumed 3 days per week. Most clients find the convenience of virtual work exceptional and the services as good as in-person. 

If we meet in person, the office has a certified air purifier, distance between seats, masks, and sanitizer provided. Please do not come in if you are ill in any way, have a fever of 99 or above, have traveled outside of the USA within 2 weeks, or may have been exposed to Covid 19, RSV, Flu, etc. Any appointment can immediately become a virtual session, if ill.

Insurance Notice & Fees

  This office accepts many insurance plans such as but not limited to:

Anthem, BCBS, Aetna, HPHC, UBH, UHC, Tricare, NH Medicaid, and some lesser known plans.

I do NOT accept:

Tufts, Cigna, Magellan, or Medicare. 

(Out of pocket fees can be discussed if you your insurance is not accepted- see below)

It is critical YOU contact your insurer to verify your benefits. Calling your insurance company before reaching out to schedule an appointment, will answer many questions about my being in-network, your co-pay/co-insurance, and any deductible you may have to satisfy. It helps avoid unpleasant, costly surprises.
